What payment methods can I use to top-up my Player Account?

How soon can the top-up amount arrive in my Player Account?
Once the top-up transaction is confirmed, the amount will be credited to your Player Account immediately. If you do not see the top-up amount in your account, please contact our Customer Support team for assistance at help@afri-millions.com.
Why do I have a Voucher Code but it cannot be used?
Uh oh, looks like there is a problem with your Voucher Code. Maybe you typed it in wrong, or it has already been used, or it has expired. Make sure to check the details and eligibility criteria, like maybe you need to spend a certain amount before you can use it.
What is a Voucher Code? Where can I get it?

If you have completed your top-up but are unable to use your funds, it may be possible that you are currently in a self-exclusion period.
How can I top-up my Player Account online?
To top-up your Player Account, simply sign in to your Player Account and go to My Account. From there, select “Deposit”, choose one of the preset amounts or enter your desired amount, and select “Continue to payment”. Follow the steps on screen to pay with a Card, Bank Transfer, or USSD, and your funds will be added to your Player Account immediately!
How can I top-up my Player Account with a coupon code?
To deposit to your Player Account with a Voucher, log in to your Player Account and head to “My Account”. From there, select “Deposit”, then enter the voucher code and click “Redeem”. That’s it! Your account will be topped up with the free credits right away.
How could I buy a Top-Up Voucher in a service outlet?
Not yet but soon! We do not support purchasing top up vouchers however we are working with our partners Lottomania, Green Lotto and Moniepoint to allow you to top up your Player Account with cash at any of their kiosks and terminals.
Does a Deposit Voucher have an expiration date?
Yes, a Deposit or Top-Up Voucher does have an expiration date with details available in the email. To ensure that you don’t lose your funds, we advise you to use it as soon as possible.
Do you charge service fees for Player Account top-ups?
We do not charge any service fees for depositing into your Player Account. The amount you top up will be credited in full to your Player Account balance.
