Is it possible to withdraw all balances from my Player Account?
Your Player Account has 2 types of balances: Deposit Balance and Withdrawable Balance. Only the Withdrawable Balance can be used for cash-out. Therefore, it is not possible to withdraw all balances from your Player Account.
What payment methods can I use to perform a withdrawal?
We support direct bank transfer to your Bank.
How secure is the cash-out process?
The withdrawal process is designed to be secure to ensure that your funds are protected. Can I cash-out in cash at a kiosk?
We do not currently support cash-out at terminals and kiosks but we are working on it. Watch this space!
Can I cash-out directly to my bank account?
Yes you can withdraw your winnings to your bank directly.
