Will my Player Account be suspended with prolonged inactivity?

If your Player Account remains inactive for 180 days (meaning you haven’t logged in), it may be suspended. At this point, any balance left will be transferred to your registered bank account. To avoid suspension due to inactivity, we recommend logging into your player account regularly. This will also ensure that you stay updated on any transactions or activities related to your account.


What should I do if someone has unauthorized access to my Player Account?

We will be able to help you change your account password and take any other necessary steps to secure your account. It is important to act fast to prevent any further unauthorized access.


The website is asking for a verification code. Where can I find it?

If you are being asked for a Verification Code or One-Time-Password (OTP) during a transaction, it is a security measure to protect your Player Account from unauthorized access. The OTP will be sent to your mobile number or e-mail address via SMS or e-mail. Simply request another OTP if the previous one has expired or you do not received it.


Do I have to deposit funds for creating a Player Account?

Why does my Player Account have more than one balance?

Your Player Account has two different balances: the Withdrawable Balance and the Deposit Balance. You can use both balances to buy tickets, but you can only cash out from the Withdrawable Balance. For instance, if your Deposit Balance is 50,000 and your Withdrawable Balance is 20,000, you can purchase tickets up to a total of 70,000, but you can only cash out up to 20,000.


What is a Notification and where can I see them?

Notifications are messages from our system that keep you updated on any activity related to your player account. These include transactions like fund transfers, withdrawals, and prize payments. Depending on your preferences, notifications can be sent to you via email, SMS, or push notifications.

To view your notifications, simply tap “Messages” in the menu.. From there, you can see all your notifications. If you want to keep your notifications organized, you can also delete any that you no longer need.
